Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity has opened a retail operation called Restore Logo SmallRestore Logo Smallwill sell, at deep discount, donated building materials, home furnishings and appliances.  Revenue raised from retail operations will fund the construction of affordable housing for low income families.  “Bargains Building Houses” is not only the Restore Logo Small slogan but also its mission.

The market concept for Restore Logo Small has simple appeal for both donator and customer.  The donator, who can be an organization or an individual, donates sellable and useful items.  The advantages are several:  a storage disposal problem is resolved, wastefulness is avoided, a spirit of giving is fostered and a tax deduction gained.  Likewise, the customer will gain benefits:  a useful and needed item is obtained, a worthwhile cause is served and a great bargain is realized.

Many of the products and items found in Restore Logo Small are similar to those in home improvement, hardware and furniture stores.  Although the type and amount will change as donations change, most customers will find that the great prices make the visit to Restore Logo Smallwell worth the trip.

As the retail branch of Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity, Restore Logo Small will provide a service to the community.  At bargain prices, many items not otherwise accessible to low-income community members will now become available. Restore Logo Small will provide both employment and volunteer opportunities.  Partnerships with churches and other non-profit organizations for fund raising will be offered.  Restore Logo Small will also serve the environment by diverting materials that would otherwise be sent to the landfill.

Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity encourages your interest and welcomes your inquiry.  See you at Restore Logo Small.
